Thanks so much for stopping, my friend! Please allow me to introduce myself to you.: My name is Noel Williams. I live in East Hartford, Connecticut. I have experience in law enforcement, and I currently work in the telecommunications sector.

I am a husband, and proud father of two lovely kids; Felecia and Jamal. I am  a sincere follower of Jesus Christ (Christian), but I do make mistakes from time to  time. I like to discuss, religion, politics and current affairs.

I am a staunch believer in equal rights and justice for all, and I pay close attention to the following words spoken by Jesus in the sermon on the mount. ” Therefore, whatever you want men to do to you, do also to them, for this is the Law and the Prophets.” (Matthews 7:12).

    I want to thank you for your support and prayers during the time of trouble that I’ve been going through. I want to share with you that I have found a job and actually started working Today! I got the call late Friday afternoon and was asked to start working Sunday.

  34. SR, you can rest assure that I am praying. Two years ago I had a real rough time. I was worried scared, but God told me to prioritize my problems. I could not understand. I later realize that God wanted me to fix what I could fix and leave the rest to him. It worked for me, SR. I am sure it can work for you too.

    SR, I would like to encourage you to hold on. Do not allow the devil to twist your mind. God loves you, and even though it seems He is far away and not listening, He is right beside you. When Jacob was going through tough times, he wrestled with an angel all night. So when it was getting close to daybreak the angel asked Jacob to let him go. Jacob replied, “I cannot let you go until you bless me.” Sometimes we have to fight for our blessing.

  35. Thank you Noel. I just told God, “I am not letting go of You, until I get a blessing.” I also have been handing everything to Jesus. Noel, I have a question for you. You are always telling me, “You are chosen by God.” What does that mean? “Chosen” for what? That is what I am trying to figure out. In four years I have had six weeks where I could take a breath, and that was from February until the end of March of this year. I don’t feel sorry for myself, for the one thing among many God has given to me, is strength beyond my own making. I fight and pray my way through things, and you know that. I always go to God, even if at times it seems He is not there. For the life of me I just do not know what I was “chosen” for. Maybe that is what God is trying to show me through all of this, as that is ever present on my heart and mind. Thanks for your help and God Bless, SR

    1. SR, You know you are chosen when everybody looks to you for advice/help, and when you talk they listen. Every family has a leader who is chosen by God.

      David was just a teenager when God chose him to defeat the mighty Goliath. He was the rock that everybody leaned on.

      I think God had chosen me to be the leader of my family. I did not understand, so I never embraced the path God chose for me. Instead, I took a path that lead me to a dead end. So, when I hit rock bottom and contemplate suicide God revealed my mistake. I was humbled to tears. I cried for twenty minutes, asking God to have mercy. When I was done it felt like the weight of the world was lifted off my shoulders.

      SR, I know God is real. I have seen His good works in my life, and countless other peoples’ lives. I am confident that He wants to work a miracle in your life too.

    1. Thanks you so much Annie. The post ‘Why is my moth dry’ caught my eyes. Many years ago I was a victim of Guillain-Barré syndrome, a not-so-well known autoimmune disease. I do not have the disease any more but I suffer from multiple side effects and dry mouth is one. Dry mouth is a big problem for me. I have to be careful when I speak, otherwise I spits like a snake.

The dry mouth that I have had for the past few years has been getting worse and my dental bills are getting higher as the sjogren’s takes hold more and more. Actually SS is my main diagnosis and lupus was diagnosed as a secondary condition. Annie PS. I’m glad the GB is no longer active.
