“Do you not know that your bodies are temples of the Holy Spirit, who is in you, whom you have received from God? You are not your own” (1 Corinthians 6:19). Therefore, brothers and sister, we must take care of our bodies, even as we take care of our places of worship.
Thank you Noel! I am so happy you find this to be useful information 🙂 Have a great weekend, Elena

Elena, your post was an eye opener, so I thought it would be a good idea to spread the word.

Thanks for the reblog on this Noel. I have been dehydrated before and it actually made me pass out. I work a lot outside during the summer and living in Texas that is a hot summer. You sweat like rain. All of sudden my head started swimming and I was as gone as a burned out light bulb:>) My heart was racing very fast also. It was truly a bad feeling. Ever since that happened, all I drink anymore is water. Again, thanks for the info and God Bless, SR

SR, the post was an eye opener for me. I knew I needed fluid to stay hydrated but I certainly was not aware of some of the details mentioned in the post.
Thanks so much for stopping. God blesses.

I live in the tropics, with high humidity, so water is even more essential than it is for someone in a cooler climate.
