Inspirational Bible verses

Life is a long winding and sometimes lonely road with lots of signs. Often many of us follow the wrong sign, and before we realise, our world comes crashing down. Some of us have little or no problem getting back up and starting all over. For others of us, it is not so easy to get back up.

If you are a victim of life’s curve ball, and you are searching for encouraging words, here are a few inspirational Bible verses that will help you get back on the right track.

1 Samuel 30:6
And David was greatly distressed, for the people spoke of stoning him because all the people were bitter in the soul. But David strengthened himself in the Lord his God. (ESV).

Isaiah 40:31
Those that wait upon the LORD shall renew their strength; they shall mount up with wings as eagles; they shall run, and not be weary, and they shall walk, and not faint. (KJV)

Romans 8:28
And we know that God causes everything to work together for the good of those who love Him and are call according to his purpose for them. (NLT)

Romans 8:38-39
And I am convinced that nothing can ever separate us from God’s love. Neither death nor life, neither angels nor demons, neither our fears for today nor our worries about tomorrow—not even the powers of hell can separate us from God’s love. No power in the sky above or in the earth below—indeed, nothing in all creation will ever be able to separate us from the love of God that is reveal in Christ Jesus our Lord.(NLT)

Ephesians 3:20-21
Now all glory to God, who is able, through his mighty power at work within us, to accomplish infinitely more than we might ask or think. Glory to him in the church and Christ Jesus through all generations forever and ever! Amen. (NLT)

James 1:2-4
Consider it all joy, my brethren, when you encounter various trials, knowing that the testing of your faith produces endurance. And let endurance have its perfect result so that you may be perfect and complete, lacking in nothing. (NASB)

Hebrews 10:19-23
And so, dear brothers and sisters, we can boldly enter heaven’s Most Holy Place because of the blood of Jesus. By his death, Jesus opened a new and life-giving way through the curtain into the Most Holy Place. And since we have a great High Priest, who rules over God’s house, let us go right into the presence of God with sincere hearts fully trusting him. For our guilty consciences have been sprinkled with Christ’s blood to make us clean, and our bodies have been washed with pure water. Let us hold tightly without wavering to the hope we affirm, for God can be trusted to keep his promise. (NLT)
