Are you on the right path?
Attention Christians! As you know, we live in a fast pace materialistic world with two paths. Whichever path you choose is up to you. But, before you decide on where to go, you must understand what those two paths mean. One is broad and colourful. It has all the glitz and glamour of the world. The other is narrow, bores you to death, and it does not appeal to many.
Humans are programmed to react to the impulses of the five senses. But every so often our reactions are premature, which cause us to make significant decisions without careful assessment.
Jesus does not want us to rely on impulse when we make important decisions. He wants us to do the right thing and choose the right path. Here is what He said: “Enter through the narrow gate. For wide is the gate and broad is the road that leads to destruction, and many enter through it. But small is the gate and narrow the road that leads to life, and only a few find it” (Matthew 7:13-14).
So, my friends do not fall for the promises of the enemy. He can only give you temporary satisfaction. Instead, “Let us hold fast to the hope we profess, for he who promised is faithful” (Hebrews 10:23).
If you chose the narrow road, then you are on the right path.
Thank you for sharing. Adding my thoughts to yours…you can’t go wrong on the narrow road.
Have a good day.

You are exactly right, Tahlitha. The narrow road is where Jesus hangs out. And that is where I want to be. Thanks so much for your input. God bless.

Great reminder and full of the Holy Spirit. You are right it is boredom, somewhat, but a safe road when you cut out the people who mean to do you harm.

Indeed! It is important that we do not allow the enemy to distract and divert us from the path Jesus set before us. The enemy is clever. He usually attack when we are most vulnerable. But we must stand fast and keep our eyes on the prize.
Thanks a lot for your comment, my friend. To God be the glory.
