Christians are not perfect
Christians aren’t perfect. We have faults and shortcomings, and we make mistakes. But the more we strive to grow in Christ the more we’ll see that we have a long way to go before we achieve perfection.
Therefore, we should never tricked ourselves into thinking that we are perfect. When we make mistakes, we must own them, learn from them and forget them. Still, this is not easy. But if we kept our eyes on the prize, and maintain our focus, we will achieve our desired objective.
Christians must be humble
Brethren, I do not count myself to have apprehended; but one thing I do, forgetting those things which are behind and reaching forward to those things which are ahead, I press toward the goal for the prize of the upward call of God in Christ Jesus.
